A new international consensus document has just been published on Wounds International: “Implementation Strategies for the Prevention and Management of Diabetes-Related Foot Disease.”
We are proud to share that Johlene Sander was part of the expert panel that developed this document alongside global leaders in diabetes foot care.
The document focuses on practical strategies to close the gap between existing guidelines and real-world implementation, across low-, middle- and high-income settings. It covers screening, ulceration, infection, Charcot neuro-osteoarthropathy, and coordinated care models.
